I went in because I couldn’t get my winterization plug out of my front grill. Ray was quick to crawl onto the cold ground & pop it out for me. He then went and got a zip tie to secure it in place so it wouldn't drag on the ground when I drove. He also checked the pressure in my tires and filled the low ones up with air. Amazing costumer service and willingness to go above and beyond!

These people were great! On a road trip with a slow leak in my tire. Walmart said they could get to it SOMETIME! Maybe. Called Simard on a hope to get a fix and they said come on in! Arrived and they were on it right now! So thankful for such a highly responsive action!!!! I would do business with this place lots and lots if I lived here! Great place!!!!!
